More...we need more! This was a great read based loosely on the story of Hannah. Read this in a very down time in my life and the underlying message is one of hope and trust in God.
What a perfect modern day adaptation of a well known and relevant bible story, Through her writing Danielle speaks to so many different situations in one story!!! So well written!!!
The story line was good, the characters were developed however it could have been a bit more detailed. All in all it was a great start to what will be a potentially good series. I would recommend to others.
My appetite was whet with each chapter. I felt like I knew the characters. I could see them. And feel them. I could smell the food. I could hear the tone in their voices. I could relate to the passion and to the prayers. I am hooked and I can not wait to see where his saga goes!
It was do creative and detailed, I absolutely loved it,and could feel Hannah's pain. Can't wait for the continuation soon.
Beautifully written and so relatable! I could see myself in Hannah, both in the dreams she had for herself and the sadness she felt after disappointment. Great read!
I enjoyed reading this book. I loved all of the characters - even the antagonist - and thought them to be well developed. There were a good number of grammatical errors (which can be cleaned up with some proofreading and editing), and that is the only reason I did not rate it 5 stars.
